Rules of the UGO FANDA
loyality programme
(hereinafter „Rules“)
Introductory provisions
The UGO FANDA loyalty programme is operated by UGO Trade s.r.o., registered office at Drahou 165/1, 794 01 Krnov, CRN: 27772659, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, File No 41473 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Operator'), the purpose of which is to provide benefits for permanent customers of 'UGO Freshbar' and 'UGO Salaterie' in the Czech Republic, or other partner stores in the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the 'UGO FANDA Club').
A list of stores in which the benefits of the UGO FANDA Club can be applied is published on the Operator's website: www.ugo.cz (hereinafter referred to as 'member stores').
Membership in the UGO FANDA Club allows customers to earn benefits with repeated purchases of goods in member stores, particularly through loyalty points that members of the UGO FANDA Club receive along with their purchases, or in another way specified in these Rules or on the Operator's website at www.ugo.cz.
Membership in the UGO FANDA loyalty club
A natural person over 16 years of age with a postal address in the Czech Republic that registers and requests membership through the website at www.ugofanda.cz, agrees to these Rules and the processing of his personal data pursuant to the Privacy Policy, which is also available at www.ugofanda.cz , and meets the other conditions of membership under these Rules, may become a member of the UGO FANDA club (hereinafter referred to as a 'Club Member').
The customer submits an application for membership in the UGO FANDA Club via the registration form on the website www.ugofanda.cz. The customer is obliged to provide true data in the registration form and fill in all required fields. Before submitting an application for membership, the customer must read these Rules and agree to them by checking the box. If the customer checks the box agreeing to these Rules, it shall be deemed that he has read these Rules and agrees with them.
The Operator shall assess the application for membership in the UGO FANDA Club sent via the registration form. Customers are not legally entitled to membership in the UGO FANDA Club; membership is unilaterally and exclusively decided by the Operator. If the Operator accepts the application, he shall send confirmation of this fact to the customer via email to the address provided by the customer for this purpose. The customer shall become a member of the UGO FANDA Club when he receives this confirmation.
If the Operator has doubts about the customer's legal competence for obtaining membership in the UGO FANDA Club (especially in the case of customers who do not yet have full legal capacity), he is entitled to make the acceptance of the application for membership in the UGO FANDA Club conditional on the consent of this customer's legal representative.
Digital and plastic cards
Club Members will earn and apply the benefits of membership in the UGO FANDA Club through an electronic or plastic card. The card will prove membership in the UGO FANDA Club, and the Operator will assume that the card holder is a Club Member.
A Club Member's loyalty points, or other benefits under these Rules, will be credited to the card in the manner specified below. The card is not a credit or payment card. Club Members will not be charged any fees for using the card. The card can only be used in accordance with these Rules.
If the card is lost or misused, the Club Member can immediately deactivate the card in the customer zone and inform the Club operator of this fact at Tato e-mailová adresa je chráněna před spamboty. However, the operator is not liable for the card's misuse by a third party and the loss of loyalty points collected on the card.
Digital cards
The Operator will send the Club Member a digital card along with confirmation of his membership. The digital card needs to be activated according to the Operator's instructions. The card can be used via the Club Member's mobile phone in accordance with the Operator's instructions.
The electronic card can be stored in a digital wallet in iOS or Google Wallet in Android, or it can be saved in applications that support loyalty programmes of various operators, such as Portmonka (you can find more information about the application here), or Stocard, (more information can be found here). The loyalty programme Operator does not provide customer support for these applications.
Digital wallet in iOS and Google Wallet in Android
Club Members who have received a digital customer card on the basis of a properly filled out registration form and save the card in their digital wallet in iOS, or Google Wallet in Android, on their mobile phone will receive an active digital card, to which the acquired loyalty points will be credited based on completed payment transactions in UGO stores within five minutes of the purchase being made. They can also check the balance of points in their registered account in the customer zone at www.ugofanda.cz.
Digital card stored in an application
Customers who save the digital card in applications that support various loyalty programmes can fully use the digital loyalty card at all UGO stores, both for collecting and using acquired loyalty points. In these applications, the card is passive and the balance of points on this card is not kept online.
Plastic card
If a Club Member wants a physical plastic card, he can apply for it in person at any member store. He must provide his name and the email address he registered in the membership application. Based on this application, the Operator will issue a plastic card for the Club Member directly at the store where the registered member applied for this plastic card. Up to 3 plastic cards can be issued for one registered account.
If the plastic card is damaged, the Club Member is obliged to send the damaged card to the Operator by post to his registered office. The Operator will issue a new card and send it to the customer's address provided in the registration form within 3 weeks of the delivery of the damaged card to the Operator.
Loyalty programme mechanics and collecting loyalty points
When the customer card is presented and its unique code is scanned at the cash desk of a UGO store, the Club Member can collect loyalty points according to the following rules when purchasing the Operator's products.
Rules for earning loyalty points in member stores
Club Members earn points, the amount of which depends on the type and price of the products purchased in member stores. Points are only credited to the Club Member's account after he pays for his purchase.
Club Members receive 1 point for every CZK 20 spent in the food category, or for every CZK 15 spent in the beverage category. This does not apply to the products listed below for which points are not earned.
Points are not awarded for goods subject to a discount through loyalty points under these Rules.
1 point = a CZK 1 discount on each subsequent purchase after the purchase for which the point was awarded.
Earned loyalty points are credited to the registered customer account and electronic card immediately after the purchase is completed.
List of categories of goods and special offers for which points are not awarded
1. UGO cleansing fast
2. Menu of the week
3. Drink of the week
4. Topping up gift card credit
5. Packaging
6. Penny adjustment
7. UGO delivery
8. Goods discounted in any way, with the exception of goods in the 'menu' (but not the menu of the week, for which points are not awarded), 'combo', 'ISIC' and 'seasonal offer' special offers.
Points cannot be earned or used in member stores operated by Lagardere Travel Retail, s.r.o. In lieu of these benefits, the operator offers Club Members a discount of 5% on the purchase price at these stores, as specified in the 'Other benefits' section.
Redemption of loyalty points and their expiration
Discounts can be applied in purchases by presenting the card and scanning the card in the member store before paying for the purchase.
The points earned can be redeemed within 12 months of the last purchase at a member store. If a Club Member does not purchase anything in a member store within this period, the points become invalid.
The amount of the discount applied in the purchase is determined by the Club Member. However, the maximum permitted use of earned points per payment transaction is 500. As soon as the payment transaction is completed and the receipt is printed, the Club Member has accepted the amount of the discount and can no longer change it.
Other benefits
Discount for Club Members
Loyalty points cannot be awarded for purchases at the Operator's member stores operated by Lagardere Travel Retail, s.r.o. in the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as 'Lagardere Stores'). However, Club Members can get a 5% discount on purchases of UGO goods at Lagardere Stores. This discount can be redeemed by presenting the Club Member's electronic or plastic card before payment of the purchase price.
Coupons
The Operator may provide special opportunities for Club Members to obtain discounts or other benefits when purchasing the Operator's goods through digital coupons. The Operator will inform Club Members of these options in the customer zone at ugofanda.cz in the 'My Coupons' section.
Each coupon contains information about the type and amount of the discount and the validity of the coupon, i.e. the time during which a discount or other benefit can be redeemed through the coupon.
If the coupon conditions are met, the Club Member can receive a discount on purchases made at the cash desk of member stores, with the exception of member stores operated by Lagardere Travel Retail, s.r.o. Digital coupons can be stored in digital wallets on a mobile phone. If the mobile phone is lost, the coupon can be downloaded at any time in the customer zone and saved in another mobile phone. When a Club Member meets the conditions for receiving a digital coupon, the coupons are also sent to the email address provided by the Club Member in his registration in the UGO FANDA Club.
Customer zone
The Operator sets up a customer account for each Club Member. A Club Member gains access to this account by logging in with the username and password entered in the registration form when applying for membership. The account can be accessed in the customer zone at www.ugofanda.cz/přihlášení.
Points and other benefits resulting from membership in the UGO FANDA Club will be credited to the customer account of a Club Member.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT OVERVIEW
In the customer account overview, a Club Member can see information about his card, his history of purchases, coupons and settings.
MY CARDS
All customer cards can be viewed in the My Cards section. A card is automatically displayed digitally after the registration form is filled out at www.ugofanda.cz. If the customer loses his mobile phone with the digital card, the card can be saved again at any time by scanning the QR code of the digital card and placing it in the digital wallet of another mobile phone. A Club Member who expresses an interest in a plastic card will find the assigned plastic cards in the My Cards section after the card has been successfully issued.
MY COUPONS
In the My Coupons section, a Club Member can get a digital coupon when the operator provides such an offer. Each coupon has a different type of discount, discount percentage and validity.
SETTINGS
In the Settings section, a Club Member can edit his data. The email address and date of birth cannot be edited. Termination of membership in the UGO FANDA Club
Membership in the UGO FANDA Club shall be terminated:
a) at the request of a Club Member on the day specified in the request; if no day is specified, it shall be terminated on the day the request is delivered to the Operator
b) if a Club Member does not purchase anything at any member store over a period of 12 consecutive months using his card
c) based on the Operator's decision, if a Club Member violates these Rules or, according to the Operator's reasonable judgment, abuses the UGO FANDA Club loyalty programme to obtain a benefit for himself or another person in a way that is not in accordance with these Rules
d) upon the death of a Club Member
e) upon termination of the UGO FANDA Club by the Operator
On the day of termination of a Club Member's membership in the UGO FANDA Club, the Operator will block the Club Member's card as well as access to his account. In the event of termination of membership in the UGO FANDA Club, the Operator will erase the Club Member's personal data from the his records.
Final provisions
The Operator reserves the right to change the list of member stores, or to pick out stores that will not be included in the UGO FANDA Club.
The Operator further reserves the right to limit or suspend the awarding of loyalty points. Changes to the list of member stores, the exclusion of certain stores from the UGO FANDA Club, or restriction or suspension of the awarding of loyalty points, will be published on the Operator's website www.ugo.cz.
A Club Member is not legally entitled to the rewards and benefits provided within the UGO FANDA Club; they cannot be transferred to another person, and they do not pass to the Club Member's legal successor.
These UGO FANDA Club Rules and legal relations arising between the Operator and a member of the UGO FANDA Club, as well as related legal relations, are governed by Czech legislation.
These UGO FANDA Club Rules are published on the Operator's website at www.ugo.cz.
The Operator reserves the right to change and amend these UGO FANDA Club Rules. All changes or additions to these Rules are published at www.ugo.cz at least 1 month before they become effective. A Club Member is entitled to terminate his membership in the UGO FANDA Club within this period with effect from the delivery of his notification to Tato e-mailová adresa je chráněna před spamboty. If the Club Member does not do so, it shall be deemed that he agrees with the changes or additions to the Rules.
The Operator also reserves the right to terminate the UGO FANDA Club loyalty programme. Club Members will be informed of the termination of the UGO FANDA Club at least 1 month in advance on the Operator's website at www.ugo.cz. At this time, loyalty points will no longer be credited to the card, or the UGO FANDA Club member's account.
These UGO FANDA Club points shall become valid and effective on 22 February 2023.
Frequently asked questions
What is the UGO FANDA loyalty club?
UGO FANDA is a loyalty programme in which registered consumers collect points for their purchases and can subsequently exchange them for discounts on UGO products. You can find how the programme works in the rules published at www.ugofanda.cz.
How are points awarded?
For every CZK 15 spent in the beverage category, you receive 1 point. For every CZK 20 spent in the food category, you receive 1 point. 1 awarded point = CZK 1 discount on your next purchase.
If you choose from the seasonal offer, you will receive a double amount of points.
How and when can I redeem the points?
You can redeem your points at the checkout at any time in the form of a discount on your purchase at UGO stores. For more information, check out the rules published at www.ugofanda.cz.
What will I not receive points for?
Points are not awarded for products that are already discounted, with the exception of 'menu' (but not the weekly menu for which points are not awarded), 'combo', 'ISIC' and 'seasonal offer' discounts. We also do not award points for the purchase of packaging and other items listed in the rules at www.ugofanda.cz.
Finally, we do not award points for purchases in which previously earned points have been redeemed within the UGO FANDA loyalty club.
Is there an overview of redeemed points?
Yes, you will find an overview of redeemed points in the customer zone at www.ugofanda.cz.
Will I also earn points for UGO Rozvoz orders and services?
This is not possible yet, but we are working on this option.
I have registered but I don't have a digital card.
If you have successfully registered and confirmed the registration link that we sent you in an email, we have successfully registered your account. We also sent you a digital card in an email. You can find an overview of your cards in the customer zone at www.ugofanda.cz, where you can download the digital card again at any time and store it in your digital wallet.
I would also like a plastic card. When can I get a plastic card?
Yes, you can get a plastic card. Register at www.ugofanda.cz. Once you have successfully registered, visit any UGO store and we will issue a plastic card. All you have to do is give the operator the phone number or email you registered with.
How many plastic cards can I get?
You can get up to 3 plastic cards for one account; you will find an overview of all your cards in the UGO FANDA customer zone at www.ugofanda.cz.
My digital or plastic card isn't working.

Can I see an overview of my points?
Yes, you can see the points you are awarded right away on your digital card if you use a digital wallet on your smartphone. You can also see your point balance at www.ugofanda.cz after you sign in. The balance of your earned points is also stored in the customer zone immediately after your purchase at the store. You can also check the balance of your points with the staff at UGO stores after you use your digital card in your purchase.
Can I register at the cash desk in an UGO store?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this option; customers must register themselves, but it is very simple. Just follow the instructions at www.ugofanda.cz.
Can I save the card in applications that support loyalty programme purchases?
Yes, you can save your card in Portmonka or Stocard. Scan the code from your digital or plastic card to save the card in the application. The card is passive in these applications, and they won't show your current point balance.
Will I get points for ISIC offers?
Yes, if you are a student and you present a valid ISIC card, you will get an ISIC discount and we will also credit points to your customer account according to the rules of the UGO FANDA loyalty club.
I have the original plastic card 'I'm an UGO FANDA. Is this card functional?
With the launch of the new UGO FANDA loyalty programme, this original card will no longer be valid. The mechanics of the programme have changed. Please put your card in a recycling bin when you get the chance, you won't need it anymore.
How many customer accounts can I create?
You can register one customer account with one unique email address.
Who can I contact if something doesn't work?

Can I earn and redeem points at all UGO stores in the Czech Republic and Slovakia?
The new UGO FANDA loyalty programme is running in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but your card will only work in the country in which you registered. To use the UGO FANDA card in another country, you will have to register in that country again and get a new card. Points earned are not transferable or redeemable between different countries.
