What is the UGO FANDA Loyalty Club?

UGO FANDA is a loyalty program that offers points to registered consumers for their purchases, which they can collect and subsequently redeem for discounts on UGO products. The complete operation of the program is specified in the detailed rules listed on www.ugofanda.cz.

 

How exactly are the points earned?

You get 1 point for every CZK 15 you spend in the drinks category. For every CZK 20 you spend in the food category, you get 1 point. 1 earned point = CZK 1 discount on your next purchase.

If you choose from a seasonal offer, you will get 2 times the number of points.


 

When and how can I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points any time at the checkout in the form of a discount on your purchase at UGO stores. You can find out more information in the detailed rules listed at www.ugofanda.cz.

 

What don’t I get points for?

Points cannot be earned for products that already have a discount. Points are also not awarded for the purchase of packaging or other items that we have listed in the detailed rules at www.ugofanda.cz.

Finally, no points are awarded for transactions where previously earned points have been used within the UGO FANDA Loyalty Club.

 

Is there someplace I can see an overview of the points I have used?

Yes, an overview of your redeemed points is in the customer zone at www.ugofanda.cz.

 

Do I also get points for orders placed with UGO Delivery services?

Not yet, but we’re working on it.

 

I have registered but don’t have a digital card.

 You have successfully registered if you confirmed the registration link we sent you by email. At the same time, we sent you a digital card to your email address. You can find an overview of your cards in the customer zone at www.ugofanda.cz, where you can download the digital card again any time and store it in your smartphone wallet.

 

I would also like to have the plastic card. Where can I get it?

You need to register at www.ugofanda.cz. Once you have successfully completed your registration, just go to any of our UGO stores to get your plastic card. All you have to do is give your phone number or the email address you registered with.

 

How many plastic cards can I get?

You can get up to 3 plastic cards for one account. You can find an overview of all your cards in the UGO FANDA customer zone by logging in at www.ugofanda.cz.

 

My digital or plastic card isn’t working.

Yes, this can happen and we’ll gladly look into it. Just write to us at Tato e-mailová adresa je chráněna před spamboty. We will check everything out and get back to you.

 

Is there somewhere I can see an overview of the points I have earned?

Yes, you can see your points immediately on your digital card if you use the digital wallet on your smartphone. You can also find out how many points you have remaining in the customer zone at www.ugofanda.cz, which you simply log in to. The balance of your earned points will also be stored in the customer zone immediately after your purchase is made. It’s also possible to find out your balance of points from the staff at UGO outlets as soon as you use your digital card as part of the purchase.

 

Is it possible to register directly at the cash desk at one of the UGO stores?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this option, so customers have to take care of the registration themselves. However, it’s quite simple. Just follow the instructions at www.ugofanda.cz.

 

Is it possible to store my card in applications that support purchases with loyalty programs?

Yes, your card can be stored in applications like Portmonka or Stocard. Scan the code for either your digital card or plastic card. Your card can be stored this way. Your card will be passive in these applications and not show your current number of earned points.

 

Do I also get points for ISIC offers?

Yes, if you are a student and can prove it to us with a valid ISIC card, you will get discounted ISIC offers and at the same time we will add points to your customer account according to the mechanics of the UGO FANDA Loyalty Club.

 

I have the original plastic card “I’m a UGO FANDA”. Does this card still work?

With the launch of the new UGO FANDA loyalty program, this original card is no longer valid. There has been a change in the mechanics of the program. Please put the original card in the sorted waste at the first opportunity, as you no longer need it.

 

How many customer accounts can I create?

One customer account can be registered for one particular email address.

Can I earn and use points at every UGO store in the Czech Republic and Slovakia?

The new UGO FANDA loyalty program works in both the Czech and Slovak Republics. However, your card will only work in the country in which you’re registered. To use the UGO FANDA card in another country, you will have to register in that country and get a new card. The points you earn are not transferable or redeemable between individual countries.
